Our friend, Nour, took Jenna, Malaka and I to the Dead Sea by Jericho for a relaxing and muddy evening, culminating with a delicious BBQ. This was our second time to the Dead Sea, but was by far the better excursion because the first time we had gone to a very rocky beach and the conditions were too windy to keep the water from your eyes. And let me tell you, Dead Sea water in the eyes is not fun. However, the second time around, the conditions were perfect and there was an abundance of the oily mud that is supposed to be so good for your skin. So, we spent the evening floating in the water, lathering up with mud, and enjoying some great food while looking out over the Sea to the lights of Jordan.
